I recently obtained a used (NIB) 4 3/4" matte blue USFA Rodeo in .32-20 WCF. I see they normally offer this model and finish only in .45 Colt or .38 Special. I have managed to contact USFA by phone only twice. The first person said it was "probably a special order because they don't normally offer a standard matte blue Rodeo in that caliber". The second person stated that "Even though they don't normally offer that finish in caliber .32-20, it probably still would not be considered a special order gun because "It's just a standard Rodeo". I would like to get a letter from USFA, but am hesitant to simply recieve a "standard type" reply. The man I obtained it from insisted it was a special order gun. Does anyone have knowledge of a "Standard matte blue Rodeo" in .32-20 WCF might be a special order gun? (The hammer sides are not CCH, but polished bright). I have searched and cannot find another one anywhere. The gun shoots great and I'm keeping it.
